How to run a fundraiser

Packets that go home, show the item in hand, online checkout, or a mix. How people order — not which catalog cover you like.

Local policy first. No invented fees.

Packets, windows, last-safe-order dates.

Letters that name a dollar goal.

A written ask, not a cold walk-in script.

Work backwards from sellers.

Sequence, not a vibe.
